Prohibited Conduct. Termination. Controlling Law. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

It is contemplated that You may enter into a separate contract with a Supplier or Buyer setting forth more particular terms regarding the transaction.
